United StatesThis bag is great! Perfect tote bag that i use as an everday/ everywhere bag. It's big and roomey but not too big. It holds a lot yet stays comfortable on my shoulder as it keeps weight distributed well. Not like basic totes that dig in to your shoulder with just your wallet in there. Customer service was great. I will definitely be ordering other items.
