Live from my corner of the internet.

Hi. I'm Rebel.

I grew up on a church pew — third row, left side, close enough for the organ to rattle my ribs. That building gave me my ear for music, my love for a well-told story, and enough material to last several lifetimes. Some of it will make you laugh until you can't breathe. Some of it took years to heal from. Most of it is both at the same time, which is exactly how life works.

These days I tell those stories out loud. I stream loud conversations before noon on The Morning After. I turn the church stories into an animated series called Church Sh*t — inspired by real experiences, names changed to protect the guilty. And the stories that don't make it to the mic end up in my writing, where the quiet things get to be said properly.

People ask about the tagline. "I love Jesus. And I cuss." It's not a gimmick — it's a whole theology. I believe you can be devoted and honest at the same time. I believe the best conversations happen when we stop pretending. And I believe God is far less scandalized by our real selves than church folk are.

So that's what I make: content that makes you laugh, think, heal, and know you're not alone. If you've ever loved something — a faith, a family, a calling — while side-eyeing parts of it, you're my people. Welcome to my corner of the internet.

The Four Job Titles

Storyteller

Every family cookout, choir rehearsal, and church scandal filed away for exactly the right moment. Nothing is safe. Everything is sacred.

Streamer

Loud conversations before noon on The Morning After. Coffee in hand, filter optional, chat always part of the show.

Church Musician

Twenty years of playing by ear, catching keys, and learning life lessons the keyboard taught better than anybody's sermon.

Professional Instigator

Not drama — conversations. Saying the thing everybody's thinking so the whole room can finally exhale. Somebody has to.

"The best conversations happen when we stop pretending."
