SHIPPING POLICY


What is the turnaround time from processing order to delivery?

Production time + Shipping time = Estimated delivery

Because every product is handmade on-demand and we do not carry inventory, we average 3 business day production and offer the following shipping methods:

  • Express (International): 3-5 business days
  • Premium (International): 7-10 business days
  • Economy (US Only): 10-14 business days

Please note, shipping times are estimated and also are contingent upon destination. Once a shipment has left our manufacturing centers, our carriers assume responsibility of the shipment and therefore The Rebel Inc cannot guarantee delivery times, only estimated.

 

Where can I find tracking information for my orders?

Order Tracking Information

After you receive your 'Order Shipped' confirmation e-mail from The Rebel Inc, it can take up to 48 hours for tracking information to show up in a carrier's tracking system. Please note, for international shipments it may take longer based on the discretion of the carrier and shipping method you selected.

 

 

Delivery procedures by carrier.

All packages will require signatures upon delivery. However, carrier protocol is to leave the package at a specific location without signature if the delivery area meets carrier safety measures. You may visit the following carrier websites to adjust your delivery options.

Two delivery attempts are made from shipping carriers. After two attempts have been made, the package will remain at a local facility for 7 days before sending back to the shipper or you may risk having it destroyed. If you miss the second attempt, please contact the carrier to confirm which local facility the package is located at for pickup. Once a shipment is destroyed, The Rebel Inc cannot refund the order. If you have issues retrieving your package, please contact The Rebel Inc and we are happy to assist in getting your package successfully delivered.

What if I haven't received my package?

Lost, Stolen or Undelivered Packages

Important! Undelivered packages caused by the customers because of an incomplete address, The Rebel Inc will not be able to refund or reprint. Please make sure before submitting an order all information is accurate and complete. For orders with the correct shipping address, the following applies:

Express & Premium Shipping

If you have not received your package within 14 days of the shipped date or you believe it has been lost or stolen, you may call the shipping carrier directly as the customer or please notify The Rebel Inc within 14 days of the shipped date.  We will refund or reprint free of charge and file a claim on your behalf. If you have not inquired with The Rebel Inc about a missed, lost, stolen or undelivered package within 14 days of the ship date, The Rebel Inc will not be able to refund orders who select Express or Premium.

Economy Shipping

Undelivered Packages

If you have not received your package within 20 business days of the shipping date, please notify The Rebel Inc. The Rebel Inc will file a claim on your behalf with the carrier and will issue a reprint free of charge with the same shipping method. If you have not inquired with The Rebel Inc about an undelivered package within 20 business days of the ship date, The Rebel Inc will not be able to refund orders who select Economy.

The following exceptions apply:

  • During the 20 business day period, your delivery times include national holidays which can delay the delivery date by additional days or an extended holiday (including Chinese New Year) which can delay the delivery date but with proper notification before submitting an order.
  • If it is an undelivered package which is caused by the customers incomplete address, The Rebel Inc will not be able to refund orders or reprint. Packages will not be rerouted to The Rebel Inc and may be disposed by the carrier which The Rebel Inc is not at fault for.
  • US territories or an APO address shipping can range from 15-35 days or longer in some cases. Please contact info@therebelinc.com for status after 40 days.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If you have not received your package and you believe it has been lost or stolen, please call your local shipping facility or contact The Rebel Inc within 20 business days of the shipped date. The Rebel Inc will file a claim on your behalf with the carrier and will issue a reprint free of charge with the same shipping method. If you have not inquired with The Rebel Inc about lost or stolen package within 20 business days of the ship date, The Rebel Inc will not be able to refund orders who select Standard.

The following exceptions apply:

  • During the 20 business day period, your delivery times include national holidays which can delay the delivery date by additional days or an extended holiday (including Chinese New Year) which can delay the delivery date but with proper notification before submitting an order.
  • If it is an undelivered package which is caused by the customers incomplete address, The Rebel Inc will not be able to refund orders or reprint. Packages will not be rerouted to The Rebel Inc and may be disposed by the carrier which The Rebel Inc is not at fault for.

How do I change the shipping address or shipping method?

Express & Premium Shipping

Due to the change in address, you may or may not have additional fees that incur. When shipping with DHL, address change is free of charge within the service area. If out of state, additional fees will be owed and you will need to pay them prior to changing the address otherwise our manufacturing center will continue processing your order with the address the order was submitted with. 

Economy Shipping

IMPORTANT! After a package has been shipped and a wrong address is used, you may not change the address. Please make sure before submitting an order all information is accurate and complete to avoid risking your package being disposed by the carrier.
